GR-I-CE 2024 aspires to be a unique hybrid International Conference with high level academic research presentations combining the development of networking activities, offering an excellent scientific event where academics, innovative researchers, startuppers and businesses representatives will exchange knowledge and build up creative techno-scientific synergies in the fields of environmental remediation, waste management and sustainable development under circularity and innovation solutions.
Academics, entrepreneurs and innovative individuals will meet in Athens in a 4-days hybrid International Conference on Green Technologies, Innovation & Circular Economy Models, which will combine science, innovation and networking activities!
Scientific presentations, thematic speeches and discussions will take place on the Conference’s subjects, while at the same time startups and innovative companies of the environmental sector will present their innovative technological solutions. Through B2B meetings, special awards and an exhibition area inside the venues at the Center of Athens, the Conference will facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge, through scientific and networking activities.
A unique feature of the Conference is that Participants will have the opportunity to schedule meeting sessions with other participants (i.e. Academics, Researchers, Startups and Companies Representatives). A dedicated platform with scouting and searching features will be dedicated for carring out B2B, B2A and A2A meetings, offering an opportunity for all participants to meet each other, exchange ideas and discuss cooperation opportunities.
The participants of the Conference will have the opportunity to visit cultural and archaiological sites, as well as the historic center of Athens, that are within walking distance from the Conference’s venue. Since it is expected that during October the weather conditions will permit outdoors expeditions, these will be offered as an option
The Conference is organised by the UNESCO Chair on Green Innovation and Circular Economy of National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), in collaboration with Mantis Beyond Innovation.
