Present your work to a prestigious scientific committee, engage with peers, and potentially have it published in esteemed journals.
Please note that a registration is not necessary to submit your abstract.
Please note that in order to see the status of your submission, you need to login into the submisssion platform here
*Please note that during the submission of abstracts, registering is not mandatory. A successful registration needs to be confirmed during the reviewing process of full-tex papers or posters.
Please submit your Abstracts before the 31st of March 2026, while following the relative guidelines below. The submission of Full-Text Papers and Posters will be available to all researchers who have submitted an accepted abstract first, at www.eventora.com. Relative guidelines are available here.
During the final submissions of the Full-text Paper or Posters, only those with at least one Author registered at the Conference will be accepted. This Author needs to be mentioned as Presenting Author during the submission by the Corresponding Author.
The Corresponding Author (mentioned in the Abstract) submits the research work and is responsible for any communications regarding the submission. The Presenting Author will present the research at the Conference and will bear the cost of the submission. One author can have both roles.
It is the policy of the Conference conference that there should be at least one Presenting per submitted paper. If one author wishes to present a second paper, then an extra fee of 50 Euros has to be paid for the second paper. If an Author wants to present 3 papers, then for the third paper there should be a separate registration and submission from an Author, who will mention the Presenting Author accordingly.
Every submission will be peer reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee and at least one Author has to attend the Conference and present the research results, in order for the paper to be eligible for publication in one of the special issues.
All submitted full papers at the Conference will be available at the SCITEPRESS Digital Library (consult SCITEPRESS Ethics of Publication).
Guidelines
Submission Guidelines
Authors can submit their work in the form of a complete paper or an abstract.
Complete papers can be submitted as a Full Paper, representing completed and validated research.
Authors should submit a paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable. The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article should be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to this conference. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text should include a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.
To facilitate the double-blind paper evaluation method, authors are kindly requested to produce and provide the paper WITHOUT any reference to any of the authors, including the authors’ personal details, the acknowledgments section of the paper and any other reference that may disclose the authors’ identity.
When submitting a complete paper please note that only original papers should be submitted. Authors are advised to read SCITEPRESS Ethics of Review thoroughly before submitting and must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings.
Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews. Authors should also avoid using an excessive number of self-citations and an excessive number of co-authors.
All papers must be submitted through the online submission platform EVENTORA and should follow the instructions and templates that can be found under Guidelines and Templates. After the paper submission has been successfully completed, authors will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
Reviewing Process
Full Papers
All reviews follow a double-blind process. All papers are subject to plagiarism analysis using a software tool prior to review.
All full papers are reviewed by at least two reviewers and rated considering their: Relevance, Originality, Technical Quality, Significance and Presentation;
The reviewers are also asked to answer a group of questions that may help the authors to improve the paper, should it be accepted, namely: All full papers are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and evaluated according to the following criteria:
The relevance of the paper to the scope and topics of the conference.
The degree to which the paper presents original ideas, approaches, or results beyond the current state of the art.
The importance of the contribution and the overall quality, clarity, and completeness of the presented content.
The validity of the methodology, soundness of the theoretical foundations, and correctness of the analysis and results.
The technical depth, rigor, and appropriateness of the methods, experiments, and evaluations.
The clarity, organization, structure, and overall quality of the paper’s presentation.
In addition to the above criteria, reviewers are asked to answer a set of specific questions intended to help authors improve their papers, should they be accepted. These include whether the Abstract and Introduction are adequate, whether the paper requires additional experimental results or comparative evaluation, whether the critical discussion should be strengthened, and whether the figures are appropriate and clear.
Reviewers also assess whether the Conclusions and Future Work are convincing, whether the references are up-to-date and appropriate, whether the paper formatting requires adjustment, and whether improvements in the English language are necessary.
Finally, the reviewers can provide some free text observations which was given to the authors and some free text private observations, made available only to the program chair. Conflicting reviews may require assignment of a new reviewer. In the end the program chairs decide. The author has a period for rebuttal, which triggers a workflow involving the chairs and the reviewers if necessary. All rebuttals are answered but decisions are final.
